Another Year Has Gone By

Well, it's been a year since I put my Omnipod insulin pump on and I'm doing better than I have since I was first diagnosed with diabetes. I decided I din't want to go back to working in a job I hated and letting it stress me out until I got sick, so I decided to go back to school. So now, at 43, I'm a full time student. Went through a horrible bout of depression the end of last year until the beginning of this year. I never would have thought that making myself better would take such a toll on my mental health.
